Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes — we recommend it, and it's how we set agents up by default. The agent introduces itself as your virtual assistant in its greeting, then gets straight to helping. Most callers simply get their booking done. Anyone who would rather speak to a person can ask for a call-back from you or be transferred, depending on the rules you set.
What if a caller needs something complicated?
Your agent follows rules you set. Urgent or sensitive calls can be transferred straight to you or your team, and anything it can't handle becomes a detailed message with the caller's number — so you never lose the enquiry.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your agent can answer your existing business number, a new number we provide, or only the calls you can't get to — overflow, out-of-hours, or both. You stay in control of which calls it takes.
How much does it cost after the demo?
Voice agent plans are on the pricing section above — from £99 a month, setup included, on a rolling monthly basis with no long contract. Each plan includes a set number of call minutes — 200, 500 or 1,000 a month. If you go over, your agent keeps answering and extra minutes are 25p each. If your call volume grows or shrinks, you can move plans at any time. WhatsApp booking agents and website chatbots are priced separately — ask us for a quote.
How do you handle my customers' data?
Call recordings, transcripts and booking details are used only to run your agent and send you summaries — never sold or used for marketing. Before going live we agree a data processing agreement with you, explain where data is stored and how long it's kept, and set retention to suit your business. See our privacy policy for details.
